Little Bray is in my first year program Baby Program in Madison, Indiana and I’ve been loving watching him grow over the past 6 months. I photographed little sister last fall not long after mom here found out she was expecting little Bray and we started planning his sessions then! I love all of the ideas that Sarah and I collaborate on for the sessions — and those glasses? we used them at the newborn session too!
Jamie and Paul came out to my farm for their beautiful golden hour maternity session. Jamie and I have been besties since my sophomore year in college and this stunning momma was the maid of honor in my wedding. I couldn’t be happier for her and Paul and little man Brisby!
I was very excited to work with Sandy to plan Reagan’s six month photos. I loved using the fire helmet in our newborn session and was so happy that we used it again! These images were taken at the beautiful Lanier Mansion in historic Madison, Indiana. Here are a few of my favorites.
This amazing couple is one of our dearest friends. I couldn’t have been happier for them when they told me about their newest addition and asked me to photograph a pregnancy announcement.
Laura & Nick drove over from the Cincinnati area out to my farm and came armed with some great ideas. These are taken around my farm in Dillsboro, Indiana and I can’t wait to watch them grow together as Little Baby R also grows!
I loved when this sweet couple contacted me for a pregnancy announcement session. I traveled with them on their destination wedding to Gatlinburg, TN and photographed them for an anniversary session a year later. Now, they’re expecting their first child and I couldn’t be happier to help them capture this special time in their lives. These were taken in beautiful, historic Madison, Indiana. Congrats you two!
I loved my session with sweet Annie for her six month old session in Madison, Indiana. I love the vintage feel of these setups and this sweet six month old baby’s blue eyes. This little cutie is in my first year program and I am so honored to watch her grow.
I can’t believe little Allison Grace turned 1 already! She is such a gorgeous little lady with the prettiest blue eyes! I’ve enjoyed capturing her newborn and now her first birthday photos. Her little giggles jump out of these photos when I see them.
I had such a great time during Carson’s two year old birthday session on a beautiful Saturday morning near Madison, Indiana. I am loving working on these portrait sessions of beautiful little children. Carson is no exception. He is so full of life and smiles and I loved working with him.
I had so much fun working on this one year old session in Milton, Kentucky. Shantel and I discussed some concepts for the session prior and I love how they turned out! Parker is in my Graduates Program and I am looking forward to capturing his 18 months session this fall!
Is there more to photograph in Thailand than buttery bucolic beaches? Absolutely. After spending two weeks on a roaming photo tour of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and the Similan Islands, I’m convinced that The Land of Smiles has plenty more to offer than postcard images of tropical islands. Here’s a short photo guide to one of Southeast Asia’s most enigmatic countries.
The streets of Bangkok are full of contrasts and stories. I stayed in the area right around the Saphan Taksin BTS station and never really left the neighborhood, and there is a There is much to do and see when you visit Vietnam.

One of my favorite things to do when I travel, wander the streets with my iPhone.
I walked up Charoen Krung Rd towards Robinson Department Store, then down one of the many side streets and alleys. There was plenty of street photography action to drain my iPhone 7 battery before you can say Sawasdee.

Mango sticky rice. If I had to eat one dish every day for the rest of my life, this would be it.
One place I’ve always wanted to visit is Chiang Mai in the north. From digital nomads to backpackers to Asian tourists, it’s Thailands city of the moment.
Here are a few of my favorites from our time together. Enjoy!
Very happy to welcome baby girl Grayson into my Baby Collection! It’s been a very busy start to the season and this little lady made her debut just at the right time. Carrie and Josh are such great parents and already love this little lady to pieces.
I was very excited that I got to use my new baby stroller for this session! I’m sure I’ll get plenty of use out of it in the coming months. 🙂
